At EchoCache, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of your data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, handle, store, and safeguard information when you use our website, SDKs, and semantic caching engine.

01. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data required to provide reliable semantic vector lookups and account services:

  • Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens managed via encrypted identity providers (Supabase Auth).
  • API Keys & Configuration: Securely hashed API secrets, project metadata, and user-configured similarity threshold settings.
  • Cache Index Data: High-dimensional prompt vector embeddings and text completion payloads cached for instant lookups.
  • Usage Analytics: Aggregated metrics such as latency saved, cache hit/miss counts, and monthly request volume.

02.How We Process & Protect Prompt Data

No Public Training: We do NOT sell, rent, or use your prompt text or LLM completions to train third-party foundation models.
Isolated Vector Namespaces: Cache entries are strictly scoped to your project ID and environment namespace so data cannot leak across accounts.
End-to-End Encryption: API traffic is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption with AES-256 encrypted vector storage.

03. Third-Party Services

EchoCache integrates with trusted third-party providers for core functionality:

  • Authentication: Supabase Auth for user authentication and session management.
  • Billing & Payments: PCI-compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe) to process subscription billing. EchoCache does not store full credit card numbers.
  • Vector Infrastructure: Distributed vector database infrastructure (Qdrant) for high-speed cosine similarity index matching.

04.Data Control & Deletion Rights

You retain full control over your cached vector data and account details:

  • Cache Purging: You can flush or delete specific cached prompts or clear your entire project vector database anytime via the EchoCache Dashboard or API.
  • Account Deletion: You can request full account erasure including API keys and user records by contacting support.

05.Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential session tokens and local browser storage (such as UI preferences like sidebar collapse state) to ensure a seamless dashboard experience. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.
