01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our service, registering an account, or generating API keys, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent, and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a entity or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

02. Description of Service

EchoCache provides high-performance semantic caching, prompt embedding matching, vector index storage, and proxy interception to reduce latency and API costs associated with Large Language Model (LLM) calls.

We reserve the right to upgrade, enhance, modify, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service to perform system upgrades, maintenance, or security hardening.

03.Account & API Key Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and generated API secret keys.
• Any activity conducted using your API keys is your sole responsibility.
• You must immediately notify EchoCache at echocache322@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your API keys.

04.Usage Limits, Quotas & Billing

EchoCache offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Usage is subject to rate limits and monthly request quotas as specified in your plan details.

• Free Tier: Includes limited monthly requests and 3 API keys. Overages beyond standard thresholds may result in temporary request throttling.
• Pro Tier: Charged monthly or annually. Includes higher request quotas, custom similarity thresholds, and priority response routing.
• Billing & Refunds: Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Payments processed through authorized gateways (Stripe/Razorpay) are non-refundable except where required by law.

05.Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your application prompts, model inputs, and completion payloads sent to EchoCache.

EchoCache stores prompt vectors and hashed key signatures solely to provide vector similarity lookups, analytics, and quota enforcement. We do not sell your prompt data or train public foundation models on your proprietary queries.

06. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use EchoCache for illegal, malicious, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our proxy endpoints or infrastructure.
• Bypass plan quotas, rate limits, or authentication checks.

07.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

EchoCache is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% operational target, we do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall EchoCache, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or LLM tokens) arising from your use of the service.
